Lu x Wella | Carnaval Launch
Lu x Wella | Carnaval Launch
Lu’s blonde debut at the Desfile das Campeãs was designed as a strategic launch within the country’s highest-visibility environment.
The project was developed by Lightfarm in partnership with Wella to introduce the character’s transformation in a setting built for maximum exposure. Sapucaí concentrates live broadcast, press coverage, real-time audience capture and immediate online impact. In that context, every detail is amplified. The visual build had to maintain technical consistency across all these layers while preserving naturalness and credibility.
Before reaching Rio de Janeiro, the journey moved through Salvador and Olinda, connecting Lu to the real territory of Carnival. Each city brought distinct lighting conditions, framing dynamics and audience proximity. The challenge was to preserve visual unity throughout the trajectory, ensuring precision in unpredictable environments and sustained visibility for the sponsoring brand.
On the avenue, the new look needed to feel part of the spectacle while clearly reinforcing Wella’s presence. The transformation had to show up, perform and support the narrative within one of the most competitive advertising stages in Brazil.
The result was a launch that generated strong impact, broad visibility and activation success on a national scale.
Projects like this demonstrate that occupying a large-scale physical stage requires strategy, technical mastery and cultural awareness to turn exposure into brand success.
